The company behind the M6 toll are defending themselves against claims it's a costly failure.
The Campaign for Better Transport says it hasn't provided significant relief for thr M6 and is bad value for money.
But Midland Expressway who run it say it's reliable and customers are satisfied with it.
They also add it's a 50 year investment, which cost £1 billion to build privately at no cost to the Government.
