Direct plea to missing Burton man

Police searching for a missing Burton man have made a direct appeal for him to contact them.

Nazakat Hussain has not been seen in almost seven weeks after an argument with his family.

Nazakat's family are also appealing directly to him to get in touch so that their lives can return to normal.

Samaira, his wife, said: "We are a strong family and we can work out any issues. Please come back so we can talk about it and carry on with our lives. We all love you and want you back with us."

Nazakat was last seen on Wednesday 17 October at 3pm on Edward Street in Burton.

Detective Inspector John Quilty, Senior Investigating Officer at Staffordshire Police, has also made a direct plea to Nazakat, saying: "Nazakat your welfare is our number one concern. Along with partners and other professionals we can provide you with the support you need, so please get in touch if you see this.

"Nazakat is an Asian man, 5ft 8ins tall with a slim build and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a black jumper and jeans and a grey bomber jacket. If anyone knows where Nazakat is or has information that can help us find him, please contact 101 immediately quoting incident number 791 of 17 October."
